The final clean, before the buyer walks in.

Three phases, priced after a walkthrough, closed with a signed checklist.

Delivered on time. No re-cleans.

For the teams who need to hand over finished work without re-cleans or buyer complaints. The work closes with a checklist signed at handover, so what was done is on paper, not in anyone's memory.

What your superintendent signs at handover.

Three phases.

Each phase is scoped, priced and signed off on its own, so you can book one, two or all three.

01

Rough clean

Coarse leftover material removed: drywall, wood, plastics and packaging. A general sweep to bring the dust down, then HEPA-filter vacuuming of walls, ceilings, floors and reachable ducts.

02

Detail clean

Windows, frames and tracks. Doors, frames and hardware, with paint and adhesive residue removed. Cabinetry inside and out, bathrooms and kitchen in depth, closets, and every factory sticker and film.

03

Final touch

A final mopping of hard floors with a low-residue product, a final vacuum of carpets, and stainless steel polished. Then the walkthrough, and the signature.

Our rule

Never quoted over the phone.

On a build, the cost isn't set by size. It is set by how much residue is left and the state of the finishes.

  1. 24 to 72 hours beforeAn on-site walkthrough with your superintendent.
  2. Photographs and scopeThe starting condition documented, the scope agreed in writing.
  3. Then the priceIf you need a number sooner, a range, conditional on that visit.
House ALeft tidy by the crew
House BSame plan, left heavy
Two identical houses can differ by more than half the hours. The walkthrough is how the price stays fair to both.

Terms, plainly.

The same five terms on every project, written into the scope before we start.

Billing

Per project, Net 15 or Net 30 by agreement.

On site

Water and power connected before we begin.

Before we arrive

Bulk construction debris removed by the contractor.

After handover

48 hours to report anything on the signed checklist, corrected at no cost.

Insurance

$1M general liability, with a certificate naming your company on request.

Scope, in writing.

If bulk debris is still on site when we arrive, it is documented at the walkthrough and the quote is adjusted.

Available as add-ons

  • Garage
  • Pressure washing, porch or driveway
  • HVAC duct cleaning
  • A second touch-up visit before closing

Not included

  • Bulk construction debris removal
  • Repair of damaged finishes
  • Exterior, yard or landscaping
  • Paint removal from surfaces outside the agreed scope

Good to know.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry $1M in general liability coverage and send a certificate of insurance naming your company on request.
What if the buyer's walkthrough finds something?
Report anything on the signed checklist within 48 hours of handover and we correct it at no cost. After that window, additional work is quoted separately.
Who does the work?
A supervised Hico crew, background-checked and insured, working from the same written checklist on every project.
Can we book only one phase?
Yes. Each phase is scoped and priced on its own, so you can book the final clean alone, or all three.
