Do I need to be home, and will I see the same people?
You don't need to be home; entry is arranged when you book, by key, code or someone at the door. Members keep the same team whenever the calendar allows, and your home's protocol is written down for the days it changes. Every specialist is background-checked and insured, and the team works in English and Spanish.
Do I have to start with a Deep Clean?
No. We recommend it, so membership starts from an even standard. If you would rather begin directly on Signature or Essential, we will, and we calibrate the first few visits accordingly.
What do you use in my home?
The same gentle-by-standard formulations in every visit, chosen for what they are made of rather than how they smell. If a surface in your home needs something specific, tell us before the first visit and it goes into your home's protocol.
What if I want something extra, just once?
Add it to that visit. If you find yourself asking for the same thing every time, we will suggest the level that already includes it. It costs less than stacking extras.
