How is the price set?
Square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, the service, the condition of the home today, and how often we come. Homes cared for more often take less time, which is why membership rhythms carry a lower rate.
Why a range, and not a price?
Because a home is priced from what it is, not from a form. The range covers the difference, and the written quote closes it before your first visit.
What isn't in the estimate?
Add-ons, pets in the home, and scheduling requests such as weekends or less than 48 hours' notice. They go into your written quote, so nothing appears for the first time on the invoice.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Every service has a minimum visit, so the work can be done properly whatever the size of the home.
When do you need to see the home first?
For homes over 5,000 square feet, homes in severe condition, and every post-construction project. In those cases a short visit comes before any number.
